I assume if the McDonald's Franchise were to be notified of Crookys post name "Save it, Churchy McChurch", he'd be hearing from their lawyers.

Being as McDonald's holds the Mc' anything Patent I remember reading on a person who was going to name their store after them by last name Mc'Brien i think, but McDonals through a fit on it and sent the person an legal letter.

I can tell you, Crook doesn't come here under his own name because he is afraid to. He has created a little world for himself where he feels relatively safe. In that world he has complete control. Outside that world, where he has to rely on his own capabilities, he is powerless.

That's what I like best about his situation. He can pretend all he wants in his little world, but no one really pays any attention to what he says there. Outside, everyone sees him as he really is and he can't affect that.

It's funny, when he goes into one of his quiet periods, it's usually to work on some "project" of his. Then when he springs it on the 'net, one says, "Seriously, is that what he was spending all his time on?", he should have been working.

But, never forget, Crook chooses to fail. It's his talent.
