Empty Threat of the Week and Non Sequiter of the Year

Postby IOwnHim on Fri Aug 22, 2008 12:39 pm

Michael Crook shakes his tiny fist and chirps:

I have two cats. If anyone were to hurt them, there would be no rock that the one who caused harm could crawl under, no country they could hide in, and no cowardly tool they could use to escape my wrath.

It's a pity that this little shit can't even take care of a human child.

It would be interesting to secretly spirit his cats away to a family who could love and care for them and then sit back and watch his "wrath".

"No country they could hide in", this from the freeloader who can't even afford plane fair to Philly. I guess he would vent his rage by "exposing" them. What a laugh!

The funniest part of his little charade is that he blurts out this empty threat as preface to an article about a police officer who stopped a car speeding to a veterinarian with an injured dog. So now Crook is an animal lover, champion of abused pets. Bitch is stoned!

To me, the strangest part of mikey's post is the side he is pretending to be on. He usually doesn't take a popular stance on anything, especially since the dog owner and his girlfriend both have hispanic surnames.

Actually, I guess IOwnHim has it right. The real reason he wrote the post was to have a platform, albeit a flimsy one, to beat his asthmatic little breast and offer empty threats.

I'd be betting that if it were kids who took his cats, he'd be right there ready to pounce rather than if it were and adults, he'd be pretending to find out who took his cats but really cowardly hiding in his dwelling. lol

I'be read the news story and Yes the Officer was wrong in what he said, but what gets me is all these people complaining about the cop isnt asking WHAT it might have been that caused the dog to start choking.

ANY animal lover ,True animal lover that is, would make sure all dangerous things are away from animals, including things they may try eating that would cause them to choke.

I know peple who give their dogs chikcen bones..NOT GOOD to do, nor is it to give them chocolate.Chocolate has a poison in it toward animals.

That was my first question. I couldn't find anything from a cursory Google on the subject. If the dog was choking, then what was it choking from? I'm wondering if the owners are not guilty of putting the dog in danger in the first place.

Mikey would be chasing the little kids around with a louisville slugger.

I'm a dog lover and I never left anything out for them to choke on. Both of my dogs died after 15 years, though one got ahold of rat poisoning which we have no idea how she got it because I NEVER bought any rat poisoning. The other died of natural causes....she was 15 human years old. She died of asthma.
